Introduction Form

Thank you for your interest in Bright Beginnings Montessori. Please complete the online form so we can get to know you and your child’s needs prior to our initial introductions. Once received, a member of the Bright Beginnings team will reach out to you to see if Bright Beginnings would be a good fit for you and your child. We will then invite you to attend a private tour. During the tour we will confirm your needs, complete all required paperwork and request additional supporting documents.

Placement for your child at Bright Beginnings is not secured until all paperwork is complete, required documents are received and registration fees have been paid.
